Dolphin Survey Boats...
These expert boat trips are run by and conducted aboard Dolphin Survey Boat Trips’ motor vessels, Anna Lloyd or Sulaire.
Having been operating for over 30 years we know the area in which we run our trips very well, we are familiar with the marine wildlife and take great pride in having been involved local marine conservation action and research for many years. We have contributed to efforts to guarantee the area's designation as the Cardigan Bay Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and help to ensure others respect and safeguard the wildlife we have here in Cardigan Bay through our long term involvement with the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre (CBMWC) and The Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales (WTSWW).
We carry a maximum of 12 passengers, so you will have plenty of room to move around, take photos, and enjoy the fantastic scenery of Cardigan Bay.
The limited number of passengers means that you have a chance to tap into the unique expertise of the skipper and crew to answer your questions about the wildlife and scenery.
Our New Quay boat trips usually follow a set route within the Cardigan Bay Special Area of Conservation (SAC). A space is made available on our trips for a volunteer researcher from the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre who records important scientific information about the wildlife we see whilst out on the water.
Your eco-tourism experience with us helps support this important marine research!
