Terms & Conditions of Booking
BOARDING
The vessel needs to leave on time. If you are late your ticket will be void and no refund will be given.
CLOTHING
Please dress appropriately, always take warm clothing as it is usually colder at sea then on land and it is advisable to take a waterproof jacket
CANCELLATION
If we cancel due to weather or for logistical reasons, then we will give a 100% refund. If you miss the vessel because you are late then no refund will be given.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure time will not be permitted and therefore no refunds will be given.
ON BOARD
Take notice of informed safety procedures and do not move round unless the skipper says it is safe to do so.
For the comfort of all other passengers smoking is not permitted on board the vessel.
MEDICAL
All boat can experience unpredictable movements that can aggravate medical conditions. You MUST inform us of such conditions especially back/bone or balance conditions and pregnancy. We’re not medical experts and the decision whether to continue with the trip will be entirely as your own risk.
You must inform the skipper of any difficulties or disabilities that you have.

- You must not board whilst intoxicated in any form.
- You are responsible for your conduct and that of your children.

The sea is a dangerous and ever-changing environment and all activities carry certain risks that cannot be ignored. We do not therefore accept responsibility for incidents beyond our control.
